The New IntelliSensor^® is a completely redesigned, fully electronic, extremely robust, compact fuel sensor derived from our original patented IntelliSensor^® to deliver best-in-class performance for heavy-duty, on- and off-road, industrial, specialty vehicle, marine and automotive-related fuel-level sensing applications. It is a form-fit-function replacement for ANY 240-33.5 Ohm fuel sender, whether a float-arm, reed-switch or other variable capacitance type, using an SAE 5-hole flange. It will function in ANY hydrocarbon-based liquid-medium regardless of the shape of the tank and it can be programmed for columetric measurement as well. The unit is also totally protected from corrosion.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:

• Use in contaminated fuels or in applications where the percentage of fuel-to-water exceeds 5 percent may impede normal performance
• Gasket required for sealing
• Do not over-torque screws on installation!
• Disconnect batter cable from positive battery terminal before installing fuel level sender
